Learning to Say No

someone (namely me) needs to learn how to say no.

I'm such a people-pleaser that I hate saying no, even when I'm really not up to things (these days especially).

So now, one of my goals (for my son's sake as well as my own) is to learn how to say no, be willing to be the disliked one for mine and my family's health.
